    1. Eligibility for Return
      We accept returns for most items within 30 days of receipt, as long as the items are unusedundamaged, and in their original packaging. Since each product is handmade with care, slight variations in design or color are not considered defects and are not eligible for return.

      Exclusions: Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned, as they are made specifically for you.

    1. Return Process
      If you wish to return an item, simply email us within the given time period from the date of receipt with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide you with return instructions and a return address. The product must be shipped back in its original condition, and customers are responsible for the return shipping fees.

      Tip: Keep your return tracking number until we’ve processed your refund.

    1. Refund Process
      Once we receive the returned item, we’ll inspect it and notify you about the status of your refund. If the return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

    1. Return Shipping Costs
      Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items. In these cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label to cover the cost of returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us within 48 Hours of receiving it. We will resolve the issue at no additional cost, offering either a full refund or a replacement.
